If your credentials are not working, then you will need to test them using a web browser on a laptop or desktop computer.  

Use the browser on the computer and navigate to your school's Aspen link.  Often, this will be linked on the school's homepage.  If you do not know your school's Aspen link, please contact your school administrator.

Now try to log in with your Aspen Id and Password.  If that fails, then you need to contact your student's school administrator and ask to have your login reset.  

Once your credentials are reset and you can log in using the website, then please try the Grade Corner app again using the updated Aspen Id and Password
