Sorry for the troubles. Chicago Public Schools has an aggressive filter when it comes to logging into Aspen. If it appears that your login is coming from out of the US, the CPS website will block the app. To check your grades you will need to use a VPN to simulate logging in from the US. There are a number of free options in the app stores.
